JHC 2023 Registration

Camp Dates: June 25th - 30th, 2023

The Junior High Camp Directors and Counselors are excited to be able to continue to put on a summer program for your youth and are glad you are interested in participating. Junior High Camp is a camp geared towards incoming 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. We strive for our youth to leave with a sense of relationship to Christ through tangible and practical life applications. In addition, we encourage their growth towards outreach through their local churches and leadership in their own communities.


Our registration is now open and can be conveniently filled out in ONE online form!


Registration Deadline is Wednesday, May 31, 2023

Please read all of the instructions below before beginning the registration process. 

*Make sure you select the correct camp at the top of the document when you begin so that all of the relevant fields will be available for you to fill out. 

*Since we are asking for a lot of information in our single registration form please gather all of the necessary information before you start filling it out, as progress will not be saved if you have to come back later with all of the necessary information. 

For your reference here is a list of all the necessary information you will need to know:

  1. General camper information

  2. Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, and Medications

    • ​Medication dosage and times​​

  3. Insurance Information​

    • Company, Policy Number, Group Number, Subscriber name​

  4. Emergency Contact information

    • Address​

    • Phone numbers (cell and home)

    • Email

  5. Immunization History​

    • Diptheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTaP)

    • Polio

    • Measles/Mumps/Rubella(MMR)

    • Meningococcal (MCV4)

    • Varicella(chickenpox)/ or date of infection

    • Hepatiitis B

    • Tuberculin test or negative chest X-Ray​

Once you have all the necessary information you can begin to directly fill out our application here. 


After completing the entire form the "next" button will become available in the top right corner and you will be asked for an email to confirm your submission and a verification email will be sent. Once confirmed through your email, a copy of your filled out form will also be sent to both you and the Directors. 

Registration Instructions

Registration Fees

Registration for Junior High Camp this year will be $525 per camper. This includes Camp Fees and a Camp T-shirt. 

There are 2 different options for paying your camper registration fees.

  1. Pay online with a debit or credit card

    • An additional service ​fee will be added to offset transaction fees through paypal needed in order to provide the convenience of paying online. 

    • Total cost $540.00

  2. Send a check for the $525 amount​​

    • Checks can be written out to "NJAUMC Camping Ministries" and mailed to:

        1918 Butler Ave.
        Los Angeles, CA 90025

    • Write camper(s) names and which camp they will be attending on the memo line

    • Please also email the directors at informing them that a check is on the way. 

Registration Fees


Junior High Camp will be held at Camp Lodestar in Wilseyville, CA. 

6135 Blue Mountain Rd, Wilseyville, CA 95257


Transportation to and from JHC will be organized within your local region or church. Please reach out to your local youth leader or pastor for transportation arrangements and plans. 

Those traveling from out of state may also request to travel with our local churches once they arrive in California, but reach out to your local youth leaders for all information.
