JUnior High Camp 2020

Junior High Camp is a camp geared towards incoming 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. We strive for our youth to leave with a sense of relationship to Christ through tangible and practical life applications. In addition, we encourage their growth towards outreach through their local churches and leadership in their own communities. In light of recent events, Junior High Camp will be hosted during the month of July through the online platform Zoom, however we still have the same fun and fellowship planned to help us grow in Christ together. ​

JHC will kick off its programming on Friday, July 3 from 7-9pm and will continue to meet twice a week throughout the month of July on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 7-9pm starting on July 7th. 

REgistration

The Junior High Camp Directors and Counselors are excited to be able to continue to put on a summer program for your youth and are glad you are interested in participating. In order for us to prepare our online camp experience we will still require a formal camper registration process. You can find all of the necessary forms, documents, and fees down below to make sure your child is signed up to participate in this summers JHC. 

Registration deadline is June 14th. We cannot guarantee that any campers who try to register after June 14th will receive a camp package by the end of the Virtual JHC program.

An optional parent orientation meeting will also be held online on Saturday, June 27th from 7-8pm to help parents understand what to expect from this virtual program as well as basic Zoom instructions. Meeting information and links will be sent to the provided parent email from the registration forms.

Sign, scan, and send "Virtual Camp Consent Form" and "Code of Conduct" forms to jtondo20@gmail.com

"Liability & Permission Form" is being rewritten and will be sent out to the provided parent email once available.

Pay registration fee

This year our virtual camp program will be asking to collect a $10 registration fee per camper to help provide our staff with necessary materials for the program as well as to provide all of our participants with a camp T-shirt.

Consider Donating

Since Camp Lodestar will be closed for the remainder of the year, they will not have the usual source of income will the cancellation of many previously scheduled camps. If you would like to make a donation to Camp Lodestar, you can do so through this website.
